Caplestone Properties has fine homes for lease, rent or sale in Dublin, Ohio. Dublin is a suburb on the northwest side of Columbus, Ohio, between Hilliard to the south, Powell to the east, and Marysville to the northwest.

All of our homes are in both the Dublin City School District as well as the City of Dublin.. We only offer homes in Dublin because we believe that Dublin's features are second to none:

We purchase new homes from quality builders like Manor Homes and Rockford Homes and then offer them for lease (rent), and then sometimes for sale. We select lots in some of the nicest subdivisions in Dublin, and then work with the builder to pick the right floorplan and sensible features to make a house you would want to call "home."

We are family owned and managed, and have been leasing, renting and selling new homes in Columbus since 1994. This allows us to be very flexible and offer features such as:

Need appliances or other household items? We can provide them and add them into your lease!
Some of our leased homes can be offered with a purchase option, which gives the customer an option to purchase the home at any time while they are renting.
When purchasing one of our homes, you can move in before closing by signing a lease, which is automatically terminated if you purchase the home.
Our homes are new or like new single family homes with lease rates from $1800 to $2900 per month.

Our customers rent homes for a wide variety of reasons:

they are new to town and need a temporary rental home while getting to know Columbus,
they are here for a temporary multi-year job assignment,
they are between homes while building their dream home

Lease and Sales Terms:

Dogs, cats and smoking are not allowed unless arrangements are made at the time of signing the lease. This typically requires an additional deposit to cover reconditioning of the home when you leave.
We check the credit of prospective tenants through FABCO, a credit bureau that searches both local and national databases.
A one month security deposit is required for customers with good credit. Customers with bad credit may be denied the rental or will be required to pay an additional deposit.
Our homes are sometimes available for sale. If you are leasing one of our homes we may offer it you for purchase.
