Caplestone Properties has fine homes for lease, rent or sale in Dublin, Ohio. Dublin is a suburb on the northwest side of Columbus, Ohio, between Hilliard to the south, Powell to the east, and Marysville to the northwest.

All of our homes are in both the Dublin City School District as well as the City of Dublin.. We only offer homes in Dublin because we believe that Dublin's features are second to none:

We select lots in some of the nicest subdivisions in Dublin, and then work with the builder to pick the right floorplan and sensible features to make a house you would want to call "home."

  • A one month security deposit is required for customers with good credit. Customers with bad credit may be denied the rental or will be required to pay an additional deposit.
  • Our homes are sometimes available for sale. If you are leasing one of our homes we may offer it you for purchase.
